The Genesis of SKY175

A Vision Three Years in the Making

SKY175 was not born overnight. From the initial spark of inspiration to our grand opening, the journey required over three years of relentless dedication. Bringing Manchester’s premier rooftop destination to life demanded meticulous planning, intricate logistics, and a commitment to absolute perfection in every detail.

Design & Planning

Working with award-winning architects and interior designers, we transformed a raw rooftop canvas into a luxurious sanctuary. Every material, from the ambient lighting to the bespoke seating, was sourced globally to ensure an unmatched aesthetic.

12,000 Sq Ft of Luxury

The build process involved constructing over 12,000 square feet of premium dining, lounging, and terrace space high above the city streets. Navigating the extreme logistics of a high-altitude build was a monumental feat of engineering.
